Staff Profiles:

A list of current staff and their qualifications is available on request. In addition to the staffing levels shown the registered manager works 40 hours per week, most of which should be in addition to the levels displayed. In certain circumstances the manager may be included within the staffing levels described. The staff work on a rota system with varied contract terms to ensure that the home is staffed with the right skill set and numbers both day and night.

We  recruit high calibre,motivated and committed people to provide high quality care and support. Each potential employee undergoes rigorous interview process where service users are involved in the selection/recruitment process which includes disclosure and barring checks.

All staff undergo a thorough induction programme which includes the Care Certificate within 12 weeks of employment. Staff also undergo annual mandatory training which includes moving&handling, fire awareness,medication administration, food & hygiene,challenging behaviour and a range of other areas.

Who we support

We provide services for  adults, adults with learning and physical disabilities and/or mental health condition or whose behaviour can be challenging including older people with Dementia, in need of care and support in residential settings as well as day services placements.
